Public Hearing Scheduled on ETPA/Rent Regulation

There will be a public hearing on the topic of the Village’s possible adoption of a resolution to opt into the NYS ETPA program on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 8 PM (”ETPA” stands for Emergency Tenant Protection Act).

A public hearing on this topic had been proposed for October 26, 2023, but the publishing schedule of the local newspaper did not allow for sufficient public notice for this type of meeting.
