New COVID-19 Restrictions to take effect
Friday, November 13, 2020 Due to the resurgence of COVID-19 across the country, Governor Cuomo has announced new COVID-19 related restrictions for New York State, in order to prevent a significant spike in the number of positive cases.

A summary of the provisions to take effect as of Friday, November 13th at 10:00 PM, are as follows: -
Bars & Restaurants and any establishments licensed by the State Liquor Authority, must close from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily. -
Delivery and curbside pickup (food only), is permissible after 10:00 PM -
Gyms must close at 10:00 PM -
Residential gatherings, both indoors and out, cannot exceed 10 people Nyack remains committed to the safety of our community. Our Friday Night Safe Haven events are an example to that commitment.
