Five Water Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor for five-year staggered terms. Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 4:30pm and are open to the public. Meetings are held at Village Hall, 9 N. Broadway, Nyack, NY, second floor courtroom.
