NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on January 23, 2025, at 8:00 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will (as briefly summarized) designate certain Village parking spaces that shall be permissibly occupied only by electric vehicles that are connected to an electric vehicle charging station; which electric vehicle parking space regulation and restriction was prompted by reports regarding non-electric vehicle motor vehicles parking in electric vehicle designated spaces.
At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.
The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
