VILLAGE OF NYACK

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on July 24, 2025, at 8:05 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will amend Article III (Parks and Recreation Areas) of Chapter 250 (Parks and Recreation), of the Code of the Village of Nyack, so as to more efficaciously manage group use of village parks and recreation areas, so that their appurtenant facilities, play structures and recreational apparatuses are always available and accessible to all patrons.

 At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.

The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on July 24, 2025, at 8:00 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will amend Chapter 360 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Nyack, so as to modify, and clarify, proximity regulations regarding adult-use retail (recreational) cannabis dispensaries – none for medical dispensaries.

     At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.
